Fukuhara Sake Shop hanpukai
This is a delicious sake with a slight aroma and weak cemedine, a little sweetness, nigori rice flavor, and a dry sharpness. We enjoyed it with Kentucky Fried Chicken. It had a good flavor and a feeling of cutting through the oil.
Sawanoi is a delicious sake from Tokyo.
This is its ginjo sake, Nakakumi-nama-sake. A fresh and fruity aroma spreads when the bottle is opened. There is no specific fruitiness, just a fruity aroma that spreads.
Ohhhhhh - it's a gut punch! Powerful flavor that wakes you up. I can't get enough of it. The sweetness, astringency, spiciness, and...well...everything is taken away by the power as if you've been punched in the face with a gut punch.
This is why sake is so interesting. It is different from sweet, sour, or bitter flavors...it is more like a mouthfeel or impression...I can't describe it well, but it is definitely there, like a three-dimensionality. It is a sake where you can feel that.
I am sure that this is because sake is a precious interactive existence in which the drinker can also participate, such as feelings of attachment, connection, and association.
Ome City. Cold.
The aroma is not strong and easy to drink. It has a moderate sweetness from the rice, with a slight sourness that does not linger.
As a food sake, it can be easily matched with a variety of dishes. Although the rice polishing ratio is 80%, the flavor is well balanced.
This is my favorite Sawanoi I've ever had!
As expected of a Nakakumi, it is easy to drink and beautifully delicious!
It was easy to drink.
