It is also easy to find, so you can drink it anytime.

Many nigori sake are sweet, and I always regret buying them.
This nigori is really dry and tasty!
First, taste the top clear liquid.
The crisp, dry taste combined with a slight effervescence gives it a hard taste.
Then, when you drink the nigori, the hard taste turns into a creamy taste. It is moderately dry, so it goes well with food.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed twice at once.
I look forward to drinking it again next year.

When paired with a dish such as oden, where the broth and ingredients are full of flavor, the mild and gentle sweetness of this sake enhances the flavor of the dish without interfering with it,
It was a good combination 🍢.
I think the taste will be enhanced if it is warmed up to lukewarm. ☺️

Not that much aroma.
I think the balance with the sweetness is good, but I feel alcohol taste and the aftertaste remains, so I don't feel refreshed (>_<)
