A gift of Tokyo's local sake. The aroma is old-fashioned, with a hint of cemedine...the mouthfeel is full of the flavor of rice. As the label on the back of the bottle says, it is a new sake, so it is fresh, but it has a rough taste, maybe a little dry. I wonder if it is good as a mealtime sake... I'm sipping it with albacore tempura and fish yukke as a side dish.

I had a little bit of it at first, and then half of it hot 😀 The cold version was refreshing, but the hot version had a great aroma and was refreshing to drink. Maybe I heated it up too much and lost the alcohol😎.

It's been a long time since I wanted to drink a cold dry sake because it's so damn hot. The great thing about the very dry sake is that it goes well with sashimi. I don't think it will be popular with young people, but it is a good sake that goes well with food.

I went to Ozawa Sake Brewery in Sawanoi 🍶. I bought this aged sake because I heard it was limited in quantity, Gohyakumangoku is known for its crisp and dry taste. but it has a fullness of rice and a sweetness that is different from fruity. This time... oh, this is the best Sawanoi ever 😳. Junmai Daiginjo's elegance and depth of flavor. Sweetness and a hint of spiciness... I checked and it's a bit expensive 😅. Thanks to the wife 🙇.

I was excited to try the 150-day aged Sawanoi because it seems to be popular and the Nakakumi I drank a while ago was superb, but as I am basically not into Sawanoi, I could not get into it this time either. However, I could not get into Sawanoi this time either. However, I opened the window on a slightly cooler night, and when the temperature slowly rose, the taste was full and tasty. I prefer it a little before room temperature. Sake meter / ±0 Acidity / 1.8

Hello ichiro18 😃 Back in the day, Sawanoi-san was more than a light beer, so much so that "brewing water 💯%" was not a gag among the local drinkers in West Tokyo. Times have changed and this one is sweet and tasty and highly recommended 🤗.

Even though it's Sawanoi, the cup sake still has a unique taste 🦀, not alcoholic or sour... 🦀. I have a cup of Yukio sake at home, so I'm looking forward to it 😊.

I bought it because it was in the nearest co-op. It tasted quite different from the special junmai I had drunk before, a bit like a peculiar cup of sake. Sawanoi's crab logo is cute.

Junmai Nama-shu (pure rice sake) raw sake purchased on the way home from the recent Ozawa Sake Brewery drinking party. It has a sticky sweet aroma like ripe grapes. The attack has a sweet and sour flavor like grapes. It has a clear and dry finish that suggests the quality of the water. Junmai Nama-shu (pure sake) only available at this time of year. In general, it may taste a little like wine...but the satisfaction you get from drinking it is that of sake.
