Sawanoi's Okutama Spring-fermented Harazake "Delicious Harazake for Umeshu".
I wanted to try ume sake this year and found this product. I decided to drink some of it since it was bought to be served cold or on the rocks. The sake is 20 degrees Celsius, so I drank it on the rocks.
Well, since I drank it on the rocks, I couldn't really taste the aroma. The taste is not too sweet, but rather refreshing, just like the Honjozo Okutama Spring-fermented sake. Since it tastes so good on the rocks, I wondered if it would be too strong if I drank it as it is. I regret that I should have saved another 1 gou of sake to drink on the rocks.
