At home. Although it is called Hokkaido series, I compared the taste with Wakakoma for the first time. The mouthfeel is smooth, but the aroma and the feeling in the mouth is something I've never had before. It has a unique taste with a little bit of brown sugar in the mouth. I think it stands out more when compared to the Kokushi Muso. I'm sure it will change after a while, but it was the first time for me to feel the depth of sake.

Sake that seems to be particular about Aizan's low-polished rice and non-pressurized pickings. The aroma resembles peaches and bananas. As soon as it hits the palate, the sweet and sour flavor of ripe fruit spreads, followed by a touch of carbonation and umami. The aftertaste is light compared to the richness of the sweetness, and you want another sip right away. I think this is a buy (and I did buy it).

I'm drinking at home 🎶🎵. I went to the liquor store to pick up the sake I won in the lottery 🚗. It's hard to go home if you only buy the sake you won in the lottery 😰😰. I bought other sake too! But... This Wakakoma🐴🍶 is a brand I've had my eye on for a while! I've been curious about this brand for a while! Aizan 90 90 I wonder if it's ok? I thought so, but it's not! Sweet and fruity! Cemedine smell afterwards 😰. Lately I'm addicted to the smell of cemedine 😁. Squid salted for side dish😍👌👌 Tochigi Prefecture's sake is delicious 😋. J&N 👌👍👏.
