The first Wakakoma. It seems to be a souvenir from Toyama by a regular customer.
The BY is unknown, but the color is pale yellow. It has a mild sweetness and umami with a sense of maturity. I drank it cold, but I would like to try it warmed.
Next is another summer sake, Wakakoma 😊.
Actually, I had never had Natskoma 🤣.
This is another sake that is fruity, fresh and easy to drink, just like the unfiltered raw sake ✨.
It also has a sourness that makes it refreshing 😄.
Delicious ☝️
Good morning, Kano 😃.
Come to think of it, we also drink Wakakoma, but we haven't drunk Natskoma yet 🥲I'll try to drink it as a citizen of the prefecture!
Hi Jay & Nobby ✨I haven't been able to drink all the varieties in my local brewery...I'm a long way from conquering them all 😄Let's have some fun and enjoy the yukky ☝️
Alcohol content: 14%.
Asahi no Yume
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Not much aroma.
It is a watery dry sake with moderate acidity.
It is quite light and has no alcoholic cloying taste, so it would be better to pair it with light dishes.
