At home. Although it is called Hokkaido series, I compared the taste with Wakakoma for the first time. The mouthfeel is smooth, but the aroma and the feeling in the mouth is something I've never had before. It has a unique taste with a little bit of brown sugar in the mouth. I think it stands out more when compared to the Kokushi Muso. I'm sure it will change after a while, but it was the first time for me to feel the depth of sake.

Commonly known as "Charakoma". The alcohol content is low at 14 degrees. It is low in alcohol content, and has a strong flavor, but also has a good amount of "goodness". It has a freshness and sharpness typical of summer sake.

The first Wakakoma. It seems to be a souvenir from Toyama by a regular customer. The BY is unknown, but the color is pale yellow. It has a mild sweetness and umami with a sense of maturity. I drank it cold, but I would like to try it warmed.

Next is another summer sake, Wakakoma 😊. Actually, I had never had Natskoma 🤣. This is another sake that is fruity, fresh and easy to drink, just like the unfiltered raw sake ✨. It also has a sourness that makes it refreshing 😄. Delicious ☝️

Alcohol content: 14%. Asahi no Yume Rice polishing ratio: 65 Not much aroma. It is a watery dry sake with moderate acidity. It is quite light and has no alcoholic cloying taste, so it would be better to pair it with light dishes.
