New restaurant! All you can taste and drink, 30 minutes a piece!
Surely that's what it smells like when you say "kiwi"?
The aroma is a bit unusual when you include it.
Somewhat reminiscent of a young grape.
The aftertaste is also unexpectedly rice.
The texture is smooth, smart, and easy to drink.

A friendly waitress said to me, "It's been a long time, hasn't it?
I replied, "It's been a long time since I've had anything to do around Golden Week.
I said, "I'm going to eat well today.
First, let's start from the second floor.
We started with Tochigi sake, which we had last year at the same time: ▶️
It's crisp and dry...
Our friendly waitress, a new bottle just arrived today!
Most of them are on the second floor.
There is one I'm curious about, but there is a rule that you have to open a bottle before you can open the next one!

I went to the Mashiko pottery market during the GW holidays! I got the sake cups I was looking for and hope to show them off at another home drinking occasion 😄.
After that, we moved to Utsunomiya for an overnight stay!
In Utsunomiya station, we enjoyed a sake drinking contest 🍶.
The first one is Wakakoma on the left side!
The first one was the Wakakoma on the left, which I had a hard time deciding between the various varieties!
Hello 😀
We were able to compare drinks at Utsunomiya station at a place called Shimadaya Sake Shop in Utsunomiya Terrace!
I was jealous of the regulars who had point cards 😄.
Dark sweetness and strong bitterness come together.
The sizzling sensation is very slight. The taste is not diluted by carbonated water, but it is good.
I had an image of Miyamanishiki as being refreshing, but this is an explosion of sweetness from the rice. The fact that the rice is hardly polished may have something to do with it.
The brewer trained at Kaze no Mori in the past. It seems to be similar to Kaze no Mori, but it is not.
The smell of wisteria flowers is sweet and gorgeous.
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby! Here in Osaka, it's not easy to get Tochigi sake, but I recently found out that I can buy it at a liquor store near me. It is a flavor explosion type of sake, and I am interested in other sake as well.
A marriage of white peach and pear.
A drink with the sweetness and slight astringency of white peaches that comes on top, followed by the freshness of the microbubbles.

This is the first time to drink Wakakoma. Fruity and sweet aroma. It also has a rich flavor. After the sticky sweetness and acidity spread out, it quietly and quietly fades away. There is a slight caramel-like aftertaste. I have never tasted this caramel aftertaste before.
Well, the liquor store owner told me that it is made by a person who trained at Kaze no Mori's Aburicho Sake Brewery, and the atmosphere may be similar.
Good evening, palm farmer 😃.
Congratulations on your first Wakakoma 🎉㊗️
I think we've had Kochira before too 🧐Look at the label 🍌like you felt 😌 liquor store information can be helpful!
Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby. It did feel banana-like. I remember that I had to displace it because the endorsement said "banana" on the bottle. The liquor store owner also said that Hide Nakata can be seen in this sake.
☀️
The horse picture is haha 🐴.
The alcohol is very cloudy and has the color of a sports drink 🤍.
The taste is not very sweet.
The taste is mainly umami and astringent with a bitter aftertaste 🤔
It was too carnival🎡🤗
