Congratulations ㊗️🍾 The first bottle of the New Year🪅 is this sake😚 that I've been deciding on for a long time. The aroma is full, like a gorgeous pear🍐💐. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and deep acidity in the mouth, and although it is thick ⁇, it is easy to drink and has a clean aftertaste 😆😆. I've been planning to drink this at the beginning of the year for a long time 🍶. This will help me get through this year 🦅🗻🍆Thanks for being able to drink in Osaka😭😭Thanks for the followers m(__)m

The 200th post to commemorate the occasion was this bottle opened on New Year's Eve. I really wanted to get it when I traveled to Yamagata Prefecture, but I couldn't get it in the end. On the last day of the trip, I went to a certain soba noodle shop. When I asked him if he knew of any place that sold it as a no-no, He said he had some at home and would send it to my house later, It was a miraculous encounter and I was able to drink it. It is a bottle made in 2019, so it is more matured than the usual Asahi Hawk. I think it is more matured than usual Asahi Hawk, I would like to comment on the taste. The famous Jyushidai is distributed only in the prefecture. This is one cup that is hard to drink. It has a sharp aftertaste with a sense of maturity and brown sugar. It has a rich umami taste of rice and sweetness derived from rice. Thank you very much for giving us a heartwarming and warm experience at your travel destination through sake!

I drank it at a barbecue restaurant in Yamagata! It was 550 yen for 120 ml. It was my first time drinking it and it was delicious, but I guess I don't desperately need to find a retailer.

Asahi Hawk" @Wa 6,480 yen 720ml This locally distributed sake is brewed by the Takagi Shuzo brewery in Murayama City, Yamagata Prefecture, which is known for its "Jyushiyo" brand. Like "Jyushidai," which has become synonymous with hard-to-find sake, it is almost exclusively available only in the brewery's home region. Founded in 1615 in the early Edo period (1603-1868), Takagi Sake Brewery is a long-established brewery that has been in business for over 400 years. The current head of the brewery is the 15th generation, Akitsuna Takagi, who returned to his hometown at his father's request in 1993 to take over the business. He eventually introduced the "14th generation" to the world, which is said to have been named in honor of his father. Asahitaka" has a slightly sweet aroma and a smooth taste, and some say it reminds them of "Jyushidai." It is a special honjozo made with natural spring water from 25 meters underground, and is highly valued for its soft taste with a ginjo aroma, fresh texture, and high cost performance.

Yamagata Purchased at supermarket Purchased when I went to Yamagata to buy some sake 💰. It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Asahitaka🦅I have an image that it's harder to find these days than ever before🤔! The price is 2600 yen more expensive than before, but it's still the same cosy 🍶. I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. Not the same sweet-umami...... as usual! It has a freshness to it, or in a good way, it has a lighter, less honjozo-like feel to it 🤔. I wonder what changed? Chilled tomato tongue? The production has changed? Is it because I opened it right after I bought it? Because it was made in December? I looked at the check-in history and the last time I drank it was on 2023.3 🍶 and at that time it tasted the same as usual! So is it recent? I also have a bottle of Asahi Hawk manufactured in October 2023, so let's compare them next time 😌. The taste has a fresh melon like atmosphere and a clean aftertaste😊 still really tasty 😋 and really surprising😳. Thanks for the treat 😌!

Next cool, the master will have a local Miyagi sake. I'm going to try something that you can only drink here at Yamagata Shoei. Let's compare Asahitaka's draft sake and fresh stored sake 🍶🍶🍶. Nama sake is an additional 200 yen to the all-you-can-drink price! A cup of sake from a four-pack Half and half with the master Reminiscent of Jyushiyo, delicious and my favorite 😋! Grilled fish also made an appearance! We were a little late eating because of all the chatting 🤏! Most of the customers around us had already left! We will have some more at our pace! extensive knowledge Alcohol 15%. Rice polishing ratio 55 Yeast K-7
