Kochi Prefecture Sake Brewing Rice "Tosa Rei" Takayuki No.80
Kochi yeast AA41
Freshly pressed unpasteurized sake, Tosa Urara, and the aroma of banana and melon aroma woven together by AA41 yeast is wonderful💓.
It also has a nice slightly carbonated mouthfeel.
January 31, 2024
Evening drink at home.
January is almost over, so I drink some of the new sake that I had in stock.
The second bottle was a bottle of Aki Tora Tosa Rei Shiboritate.
Tosa Rei Shiboritate. I drink this every year.
This is also a familiar sake that I drink every year. It has a fruity aroma
It has a fruity aroma and a sweet taste like white peaches.
It is a little sweeter than the first bottle, Sushasen Eiko, but
The bitter taste on the back of the palate is very tight, as one would expect from Tosa sake.
It has a bitter aftertaste. I enjoyed it with simmered peeled fish and boiled eggs.
I enjoyed it with simmered peelings, boiled eggs, and other dishes.
It's been a long time since I drank a bottle of Aki Tiger, which I used to think was delicious! It has been a long time since I had a taste of Aki Tiger, which I thought was delicious!
It is still delicious.
The first taste is fruity, but the aftertaste is dry, with a strong umami and lingering aftertaste.
It is delicious.

Grapefruit
Personally, I prefer brands where the grapefruit flavor comes to the fore👍.
Sweet but refreshing
Delicious 😋😋😋.
That's all the sake I had from Kochi. Kochi was great. The returning bonito is good, but I should go eat the first bonito, too.
Now, Aki Tora. It is indeed a fragrant sake, but the flavor and spiciness of the sake is very strong and tasty. The bitterness is also good. It can be served cold or hot. Sake and rice are both delicious.
This is Kochi sake.
If I could drink only Kochi sake until I die, it would be Kochi sake. Or maybe Miyagi, or Shizuoka, or even Nagano.
