Tosa Rei Shiboritate. I drink this every year. This is also a familiar sake that I drink every year. It has a fruity aroma It has a fruity aroma and a sweet taste like white peaches. It is very fruity because of the use of CEL-24. However, it is not as sweet as Kameizumi, Toyonoubai, or Kaygetsu. It is sweet and bitter. The other one I haven't tried is Bikuyo's CEL-24. I think it's a little bit sweet and bitter like Shibotan's CEL.

☀️ Sake rice is Tosa Rei🌾. Maybe a rice we haven't had much of🌾🤔. I was looking at the artistic 🎨 label and thinking... 😗... Light sweetness and a little bitterness. It has a freshness to it with a smooth, cool, watery throat 🤩. Clear with no cloying taste, so although a little lacking on its own, I thought there was a lot to get into if it was a food sake 🧐.

The second drink at Yamanaka Sake Shop in Ekimarche Osaka was another sake from a new brewery. Akitora Tosa Rei Jungin Shiboritate by Arimitsu Shuzojo. This is also a new sake. This sake made use of a type of yeast that has been to space and stored under the sea. What does it mean? Suppose it should be a stronger yeast, then how will it impact the sake itself? Frankly I dont think much difference - though i feel this sake has more taste of mineral and sort of lactic acid with umami - but is it related to the yeast used? Who knows!
