Akaoni is a very famous sake store in Sangenjaya. It is hard to get a reservation, but I managed to get one on Tuesday and went there.
The menu is awesome, all the sake I want to drink.
Since we are all adults (I am the youngest here), we drink without worrying about the price. I can't tell you how many pieces of grilled eel I ordered for my entrée 😆.
Among the many drinks we had, the best was this one, which we were able to drink at the opening of the bottle.
My image of Chokaizan is dry, but this Akaoni👹 Special is sweet. I guess it is because it is nigori. It was really delicious and my friend had many more glasses.
I was in a good mood, so I left the restaurant without being invited to the after-party. It is a long way from Denentoshi line to Odakyu line..,

I was looking forward to having a drink alone, but when I got home, my family was sick. After such a time, I finished all the household chores and had a moment of happiness.
The aroma is gorgeous, sophisticated, fruity, and ricey. In the mouth, a pear-like sweetness and a bit of bitterness spreads and coalesces the whole. Beautiful and gorgeous to the end. Tenju Shuzo is delicious after all.

Even after drinking the previous kijoshu, the ginjo aroma is still present and the taste is gorgeous and mellow!
The sweetness is not so strong, so even though it's mellow, it's easy to drink!
But this may be because the sweetness of the previous kijoshu has made my taste buds a little stupid 🤔 lol
It was a very delicious sake.

Gorgeous aroma. It is good as a dry sake for a meal, and not too heavy for a 70% polished rice. I love Tenju Shuzo after all. It is delicious.

This is the first sake I have had in a long time. I have a connection with Akita, and I like to drink it, but to be honest, I don't need "snacks" with this sake! It is a sake that you can drink easily. It is refreshingly delicious!
