I think this sake has a very good balance of sweetness and spiciness. It is very drinkable. We enjoyed it with Osechi while comparing it with Yukino Kayasha and Kariho.

On a business trip to Akita, I purchased this sake during the hiyayoroshi season and had it on New Year's Eve. While it has a mature taste, this sake is light and easy to drink.

Akita business trip in December, 5/5th cup. A refreshing sake. Modern with a touch of classic. I actually drank 6 sakes, but one of them was a secret brand, so I couldn't post it on SNS. I am happy to have had this precious sake.

Torikaiyama - Immediately Tsume Nama-Nama JG Nama-Nama Sake - 3388 yen The second bottle tonight is this one👍! The aroma on opening the bottle is a nice ginjo aroma💜. The initial attack comes with a moderate sweetness that fades away nicely, not too assertive and delicious 🤤I love this kind of sake ♥️ too good 👏👏👏👏

Akita Prefecture Tenju Shuzo Chokaizan Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Kagataya Limited Edition The aroma was fruity and somewhat mild. The mouthfeel was medium but slightly bitter, but after that it was sharp and well-balanced. It was great and cost-effective.
