Today is the first time in a very long time that I have seen "Chokaisan" (Mt. Chokai). There were several varieties lined up at the store, I chose this one on the recommendation of the owner. There was a little bit of bubbling when the bottle was opened. It has a gentle, sweet aroma, soft and mellow. It has a mellow, mellow, and gently enveloping aroma. Jay & Novi, thanks for the oban. I had two other types (Junmai and Seasonal Sake), I had two others (Junmai and Seasonal Sake), but this was the right choice. I guess there is sake in Tohoku. (Surprisingly few Iwate sake...)

Aroma of apples and melons, maybe. Surprisingly not sweet with it. Tastes a little bit milky on the melon. A little bubbly and slightly effervescent. It has a light taste and is a food wine type. Taste level 3.5/5
