As one would expect from a freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake, it has a bubbly sensation when the bottle is opened and is still tangy in the mouth. It is mellow and refreshing at the same time, and I think it goes well with sashimi, meat, vegetables, and all kinds of snacks. But I think the most distinctive feature of this wine is its gorgeousness. As expected from a one-sho bottle, it was a treat to taste a little sourness and sweetness of the rice after a little time.

The last time I was back home, my mother gave me a gift to take with me when I drank it because she said it was so good - lol!
It's light and fresh with a slight effervescence, but you can still taste the sweetness and spiciness 😭.
I drink it like a beer 😱.
I've tried it several times with edamame, but it was not good with any of them.
It was perfect with not only simmered dishes and yakitori, but also Genghis Khan and Hormone 😭.
It's great with kimchi, but it's not as spicy as kimchi, but it's not as spicy as kimchi.
I'm a spicy person who prefers Indian curry to be extremely hot 😝.
