Riding the Yuri Kogen Railway, I went to Tenju Shuzo Brewery for a limited edition sake. This is a draft version of the commonly distributed Chokaizan. Both the aroma and taste have a floral Chokaizan taste. The gentle taste makes you feel relieved. Yum! ☆☆☆☆

Chokaizan [Standard Sake Denkuchi-kiriharashin Junmai super-harakuchi Alcohol content 15 Polishing ratio 70%. Super dry sake with a sake strength of +15. You can feel the flavor of rice with low polished rice. The sharpness is truly "lightning fast! It is also reasonably priced and recommended for evening drinks.
