Yurihonjo-shi. brewed in 2020.
Mellow and easy to drink with no corners.
The aroma is gentle and junmai-shu-like, and the taste is soft even as junmai-shu should be, so you will never get tired of drinking it.
Today is the first time in a very long time that I have seen "Chokaisan" (Mt. Chokai).
There were several varieties lined up at the store,
I chose this one on the recommendation of the owner.
There was a little bit of bubbling when the bottle was opened.
It has a gentle, sweet aroma, soft and mellow.
It has a mellow, mellow, and gently enveloping aroma.
It is an aromatic and delicious sake with no alcohol attack.
It is a bottle that I am glad I bought and happy to drink.

I had two other types (Junmai and Seasonal Sake),
I had two others (Junmai and Seasonal Sake), but this was the right choice.
I guess there is sake in Tohoku.
(Surprisingly few Iwate sake...)

Here is the second bowl of Inaniwa Udon, Mugendo. Slightly aged. Sake strength only +15, dry and sharp ✨ Taro cheese spring rolls 🧀 soften the taste. The habit is reduced and it is easy to drink. Goes well with fried food. Shrimp tempura 🦐 is also good 😋.
