The sake was supposed to be refrigerated, but they brought it in at room temperature. It seems that the sake was made in a wooden barrel. It has a unique flavor. Probably wood. I didn't think it tasted very good, but maybe it would have been different if it had been refrigerated. I'm not sure.

I heard that the "Mere Old Man" bought it in Kyoto. It is my least favorite of all the drinks I had today. It is bitter. It's not that bad.
