drinking at home (as opposed to going out)
I bought this sake because I wanted to drink Nagasaki sake.
Although it is called "dry" sake, it was refreshing and easy to drink without any tanginess.

〜Sake brewed to make people smile
The "Ito Rakyo" on the front label is a rare and endangered plant that is endemic to Hirado Island and grows wild on sunny rocky areas.
We hope you can feel the richness of nature in Hirado.
It has a slight yellow tinge.
The scent is very refreshing. ☺️
In the mouth, the pungency and acidity came through at first.
Immediately after that, a honey-like sweetness spreads, then the acidity appears again, and finally a lingering bitter taste appears at the back of the tongue 😎.
It is a delicious sake that you can feel the changes in flavor and never get tired of drinking 😋.

I think I prefer it at 40℃.
This sake is made from a rice called Reihou. It was the rice used when the Fukuda brand was launched. Attracted by its rarity, I bought it. It had a subtle fruity aroma, as well as a hint of rice and alcohol. The overall aroma was subdued, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a strong umami flavor. It was a delicious sake that would go well with any meal. It was a treat.
Drinking Fukuda-san for the first time in quite a while!
Hmm!
It's so delicious!
I don't mean to be rude, but it's considerably tastier than I imagined.
The sweetness is a little strong, but the overall balance is good, the acidity and bitterness are just right, and I can't find anything I don't like about it. It's like that kind of sake.
Just a reminder 🙏.
Today I drank at home 🍶I drank Nagasaki's sake "Fukuda" which I bought at Hakata station on the way back from Fukuoka Marathon.
I think this is my first time to drink Nagasaki sake, but this sake is very tasty, fruity and a little sour 😋.
I thought it would be nice to see more stores carrying Nagasaki sake as I have never seen it before 😌.
