I'm always excited about my first brand. Harada from Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
It is so clean and free of clutter that it is hard to believe that it is made with 80% polished rice. It has the sweetness and richness of Yamadanishiki, with a dry, zingy aftertaste. I found another sake that I like.
Freshly pressed with a gorgeous aroma.
It has a mellow taste with concentrated rice flavor, and the slight effervescence gives it a refreshing taste.
Serve with chicken sashimi
When you get to the end, you will find more unknown sake.
It is said to be a sake from Yamaguchi.
The flavor is rather firm and structured.
It's refreshing 😋.

I drank a variety of sake such as Ki, Toyo Bijin, Tenbi, Otters, Gobashi, Yamazaru, and Ganki, but I unexpectedly liked Harada. It is characterized by sweetness and acidity.
The first two bottles were at Harada 🍶.
Polishing ratio 60
16% alcohol by volume
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Yamaguchi prefecture
This sake is from Shunan City.
When I was wondering which one to buy, Nakajimaya or Shunan City sake, I gave up and will have this one this time 😊.
Fresh acidity and a hint of sweetness, with a slightly dry and dry aftertaste.
