Sake brewed with the sacred rice Isehikari, found in the sacred rice field of the Ise Jingu Shrine. It is said to be a mutant of Koshihikari.
I bought it hoping to benefit from it.
I thought it would be like a sacred sake, but it is rather modern. It seems to be somewhere between classical and modern.
I enjoyed it with all my heart.

It has a subtly fruity aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a beautiful flavor that spreads gradually without any cloying taste. It is the type that does not interfere with meals. I bought a bottle.
Last day of a three-day weekend
Attended the Harada Festival. We drank ogara-mi-gara-mi (ogara-machi), ogara-mi-gara-mi with 80 polishing, junmai-daiginjo ogara-mi, and suetsumibana shochu-mo pressed sake.
All of them were gorgeous and delicious. The Suetsumika was like apple juice. It was a lot of fun.

Harada Gentetsu.
A sweet and sour refreshing schwag runs through your mouth.
The light nigori taste makes you think it might be a bit thicker, but the sweet and sour taste runs through your mouth. It is the perfect sake for hot days like this.
Today was Saturday, but I was out of town for work, so I went home and drank this one in a big gulp. It's light and tasty enough to be served with rice!

Harada's Summer Sake
Low alcohol content of 13%.
The taste is firm, but it disappears quickly and clearly, which is typical of summer 😄.
Tasteful but light and easy to drink 😆.
The sake container is also summery 😊🍶🍶.
It was smooth, lightly sweet, and wine-like, and I thought the blue cheese went well with the drink, making it a delicious, easy-to-drink alcoholic beverage.
It is very spicy and bitter at the same time, and overall it is a bit dry, but it has a sharpness at the end that makes it easy to drink.
It was a crisp sake that was typical of Natsu.

Harada Tokubetsu Junmai Natsu Unfiltered Nama Sake
This brewery is located in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 60% Yamadanishiki produced in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
