Harada Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
The aroma of rice is classic, the carbonation is so slight that you have to concentrate on the tip of your tongue to feel it, the taste is fresh and KEG-like, and the fruity sweetness on the back is refreshing and fruity, with a sweet aftertaste.

Harada Tokubetsu no Shizuku Unfiltered Nama Sake
This brewery is located in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 60% Yamadanishiki, a "Saito no Shizuku" variety produced in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
It has a beautiful, gorgeous aroma and a rich, mellow rice flavor,
Well-balanced, refreshing and clean.
The finish is clean and crisp.

Sake made from Yamaguchi Prefecture's sake brewing rice, Saito no Shizuku. It is not often seen, so I bought it without a second thought.
The rich fruity aroma, reminiscent of a sparkling but unpasteurized sake, is well balanced with the robust rice flavor of a special pure sake. The acidity is moderate and smooth.
White peach, lychee, freshly pounded rice cake, honeysuckle, lime, slight hint of cypress.
On the way back from a trip to Hakone, I bought this at Kwanaya Sake Shop in Kitamoto City, Saitama Prefecture.
It was the first brand I had ever seen ^ ^.
The pop-up said it had a tropical fruity aroma and soft sweetness (*'▽'*).
