The third day in the San-in region. Crossing Shimane, we arrived at Tokuyama in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Urban area.
At Harada Sakaba, which is attached to the Hatsumomiji Sake Brewery.
When we drank at an event in Nagoya in November, we heard that the brewery was located in a bar area and that they also had a corner bar, so we decided to take a trip to the San-in region and the distance we had to travel was quite long.
Harada. It is fruity and easy to drink. We had Chinese food tonight and it went well with it.
Tonight, I went to a Chinese restaurant for a petit year-end party with my wife, Bibi. We had a standard Chinese course including shark fin soup. We have a special benefit plan for shareholders, so we were able to enjoy it at a very reasonable price.
This is a crazy good one!
Love it.
The owner of the store also likes Harada blue...
I hear it's a special Harada distributor ♡.
Yes, I will go there!
It's still a new standing bar.
It's still a new standing bar, but it has chair seats, too. (I still want to sit down...)
It's right by the entrance to Nishiki Market in Kyoto 💡.

I had to pass up on the sake at the 24th Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival held at the end of June, so this time I paid attention to the sake

In the glass, there was a slight aroma.
When you put it in your mouth
A little full-bodied and sweet, with a delicious taste.
The slightly bitter acidity that appears in the latter half of the saké spreads quickly.
The refreshing acidity spreads quickly with a slightly bitter taste.
Good balance, very tasty 😋.
And the 25th Hankyu Brewer's Festival starts today... 😳!
Oh no~ I'll have to work hard to open the space😅
It was delicious 😋....
Thank you for the food 😋.
Today we had a Junmai Daiginjo from Harada-san 😀.
Kaorin won this Junmai Daiginjo from Mr. Harada in Yamaguchi, Japan at the recent Yamaguchi Prefecture Sake Restoration Meeting held in Osaka 😀.
I've had Harada's junmai ginjo and seasonal sake before, but this is the first time I've had a jun-dai 😀 It has a solid taste 😀.
It has a very robust taste 😀.
I don't get a very strong aroma from junmai 🤣.
But the umami is amazing 😀.
It's a very rich umami 😀.
Moreover, I don't feel much bitterness or acidity, but it finishes nicely 😀.
This sake was also a delicious sake with strong umami 😇
