Memorandum 📝.

Soft and slightly sweet on the palate,
The taste is soft, slightly sweet, and clear with no cloying taste.
Fukushima Prefecture's sake is good 😌.
Hiragana Masamune ⚔️
Sake rice is Chiyonishiki, which is new to me.
I don't know many sake rice yet!
This year's nigori was more about sweetness,
I thought this would be in the same vein,
It has a strong umami acidity ✨.
I was told by the liquor store that it was best after the second day,
This is exactly what I was told by the liquor store, and the flavor was really strong ✨.
This is a great value for 1,200 yen 🤣.
When you pour it into a glass, it is bubbly and sizzlingly cloudy. The aroma is clean and unctuous.
The carbonation is a nice splash 😊.
It's a perfect carbonated drink 😎.
I feel a rounded, unctuous sweetness in the middle of my tongue.
I don't feel any particular flavor, so I keep on drinking for the flavor😅.
As the temperature settles down a bit, the fruity flavor comes out.
Anyway, it's easy to drink and you can't slow down your sake cup and keep on drinking 🤤.
Let's ask for something you're interested in, a drink you haven't had much of from this area!
Just in time for the dishes to appear!
Yongenton Pork Saikyo Yaki 🐖!
There were many famous sake from Fukushima tonight, but we decided on this one!
Sasama Samune, a limited edition!
It's not even on the internet!
One of us posted about it on Sake-no-wa!
It is such a limited edition!
The taste is gentle, like a Japanese pear, without any artificial flavors!
We tried various tastes of this grilled pork, such as dipping it in mayonnaise, dipping it in a special sauce, or eating it as it is while drinking the samasama samune!
I hope to meet him again somewhere!
When I asked the owner where he gets this kind of sake, he told me that the young master has various sources.
I look forward to seeing him again in the future.
extensive knowledge
There was no information on the internet.
I wanted to pair the striped horse mackerel sashimi with nigori.
Sasasamasamune 😆
This is so delicious!
Nice and mild!
Considering the price, it's phenomenal 😁👍
At Aizu Kuramu, a sake bar in Aizu Wakamatsu
Sweet and fruity with an aftertaste!
I had it with simmered shark.
The memory of what was to come melted into the snow in the night sky of Aizu
melted and blotted out by the snow in the night sky of Aizu.
I think I was supposed to drink Aizu Ichi!
★★★★
2,900 yen (1800ml)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%.
Since the nigori of Hirotogawa was so delicious, we compared the nigori with the one recommended by the store. It was not bad, but it was not as good as Hirotogawa. However, it is an easy-drinking, good-cost sake.
I read a review that said the 60% polished rice ratio special junmai nigori was a little too sweet? I have seen some reviewers say that it is a little too sweet, but this is a 50% junmai ginjo-nigori. The precipitated tailings occupy about 4 cups of a bottle (lol), but I wonder if the amount of polishing will bring about the perfect balance! We have high expectations.
The supernatant is wonderful. The soft sweetness is combined with a firm carbonation that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. This is delicious. The final taste is rather refreshing, and the last one is calpis, which is also tasty.
Good evening, Mr. Shouting Butterfly. I'm a Sasasamune guesser, so I really wanted to drink it after reading your review! Is the label a butterfly? It's lovely!
Nanoha Good morning. I like the two colors on the label and the butterflies 🦋. I have plenty of bottles so I am looking forward to seeing the daily changes.
I thought it would have a refreshing taste, but it was extremely creamy and strongly sweet ❗ I expected a delicate taste from the sparkler-like font on the label, but I was pleasantly surprised. I expected a delicate flavor from the sparkler-like font on the label, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Great for an after-dinner sip, I'll be back for more. 🐈️🐈️🐈️. At Miyoshiya Sake Shop in Yachiyodai.
