I bought it at the end of the year when I went on a liquor store tour with Mr. Umai and Mr. Lutemi. Wine-no-wa is located in front of Sakaihigashi Station. They mainly sell wine, but they also sell Japanese sake. Sasamasa Masamune, Shoki, Zuitaka, Ko-Imari, Takaraiya, Azumatsuru, Senrikyu, Kozaemon, Manrei, Mutsu Hatsusen, Kibotsuru, Tenka, Okutanba, Aishuichi, Toyonobai, Gisuke, Kuroemon 16, Hoshiizumi, etc. There are many other brands on the official website. Hoshizumi was a specious sake that looked like a classic. Laughing Four Seasons is a popular brand, or is it just a tasting of Sensation? There were only open bottles of Sensation sake and nothing for sale. I got the impression that they mainly sell wine and don't rotate sake, or that most of the sake was slightly out of date. The Instagram was mostly about wine too. Sweet and fruity on the palate. It's clean and free of any unwanted nuances. It has a strawberry and banana-like taste.

Tonight we had #Sasasamune Special Junmai Nigori from Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture. This is a favorite that I have been buying for the past three years. Very creamy on the palate with a slight bubbly taste. It goes down your throat smoothly. It is not so sweet and can be easily paired with nabe dishes, Chinese food, etc.

Sasamasamune's first Shibori-nama sake. It is special pure and the price is GOOD👌. Sake rice is Kitakata-produced Yume-no-Kaka, The rice is 60% polished rice with an alcohol content of 15%. It is a light cloudy sake, It is stirred from the beginning. It has a beautiful sweetness and acidity. It is very easy to drink and delicious 😋. This gentle taste makes it easy to drink.
