The aroma is faintly apple...? First, let's take a taste of the supernatant... Sweetness like apples and pears! The overtones also smell like apples! There is a sourness! It's like a sweet and sour apple with a refined taste of koji. For a sake of this time of year, there are no unusual spikes in the flavor. If you think the taste is similar to something, it is similar to La+Yachiyo ROOM by Yachiyo Shuzo. I'm convinced that it has a sweetness like a pear as well as an apple. If you mix it with nigori, it becomes more dry even though it is energetic. It should be easy to drink even for those who are not that good at sweet taste.

I have been drinking Sasasamune since I drank a winter nigori the year before last, I think. The lack of haziness in Fukushima sake is extraordinary, isn't it? The aroma is like Kaze no Mori! I hear it is moderately sweet and sour, with a juicy image. When you drink it...well, only the mouthfeel is again like Kaze no Mori! But this one is a little sweeter and has a unique flavor. It has a slightly fizzy appearance, but the mouthfeel was surprisingly smooth and soft. The impression remains almost the same from the beginning to the end, with a rich, brown sugar-like sweetness that is followed by a sourness, and finally a bitterness to close the bottle. It is a light to medium easy-drinking sake that should be suitable for those who have already passed the sake beginner level! From the third day, the sweetness that is typical of Sasasamune comes to the fore and it becomes a sweet sake. It is best to drink it by itself slowly and leisurely, rather than with a meal!

This is delicious 😋. It goes well with rice! I am still preferring Junmai these days 🍶. The clean water that doesn't interfere with anything, the crisp, clear taste, and the subtle sweetness make it very easy to drink. It goes well with any meal. It was a delicious sake that sinks in even after sweating it out at a gutsy dance 🍶.

Finally got around to buying it 😁. I don't know why I can't often buy it these days😅 I wanted raw but they only had fire-roasted in stock. Mild flavor and sweetness. No fancy aroma, but it's nice and subtle. but it's nice and subtle. Sasasamune is delicious ✨👍

This junmai ginjo is made from 100% "Fukunoka" rice, which is a good rice for sake brewing in Fukushima. It is not gassy, and as the yellow label suggests, it has a mild sweetness of fluffy bananas, moderate bitterness and acidity. It is a sake that can be sipped slowly while enjoying the flavors. I am enjoying "Uncle Ikezaki's Cat" with kombu-maki kamaboko and nozawana greens as a side dish.
