Next up is the Kitakata Yamadanishiki. 😋 Oh! This one may have more umami. I think this one has more flavor 😓. The Hyogo is clean and crisp, while the Kitakata has a lot of umami. The Hyogo sake is clean and crisp, while the Kitakata sake is full of umami and goes well with lukewarm sake. It's good. 😍This time we compared, Hyogo is good cold and Kitakata is good lukewarm. I could tell the difference somehow. 😂.
