I had a good impression of Sasamasamune's nigori sake when I had it for the first time.
I had a good impression of Sasamasamune's nigorizake for the first time, so I had high expectations!
It's still delicious!
But the sweetness is a little strong for me.
It's a little bit too sweet for my liking, but it's close to 4 stars.
The aftertaste is refreshing and my self-esteem is high.

Sake with white rice? It can be paired with any Japanese or Western food, and even just white rice is slightly sweet and delicious.
This, like white rice.
Soft sweetness, yet with a slight bitterness. I never get tired of it. Of course, the aroma is mild yet fruity.
Such a wonderful sake, but it is not ranked in Fukushima Prefecture. This is the depth of the sake kingdom.
Good evening, WOM. Sake is white rice? I was attracted by the phrase 😆 Sake is sweet, but I like the idea of a soft sweet taste reminiscent of white rice 🌾Sasasasamune I might drink some too?
Thank you, Hirupeko. I don't have the vocabulary at all, but I'm so glad you got the feeling that I managed to come up with something. It's not fancy, but it's delicious. Please try it.
Smooth mouthfeel, no carbonation, gentle and mild sweetness, orikari is moderate and light nigori. The mellow taste makes you forget it's 15 degrees. 😅
The taste is very different from last year's rich, creamy, sweet and sure, and this year's is a refreshing change. I guess it's a 😌trend. The wife with a sweet tooth will be somewhat disappointed. 🐈️
At Yajima Sake Shop in Funabashi.
