At first, the sweetness spreads mildly, but it does not linger due to a good astringency, and the finish is quite dry. It has a strong freshness and a beautiful taste. Delicious, highly recommended.
I have been drinking Sasasamune since I drank a winter nigori the year before last, I think. The lack of haziness in Fukushima sake is extraordinary, isn't it?
The aroma is like Kaze no Mori! I hear it is moderately sweet and sour, with a juicy image. When you drink it...well, only the mouthfeel is again like Kaze no Mori! But this one is a little sweeter and has a unique flavor.
It has a slightly fizzy appearance, but the mouthfeel was surprisingly smooth and soft.
The impression remains almost the same from the beginning to the end, with a rich, brown sugar-like sweetness that is followed by a sourness, and finally a bitterness to close the bottle.
It is a light to medium easy-drinking sake that should be suitable for those who have already passed the sake beginner level!
From the third day, the sweetness that is typical of Sasasamune comes to the fore and it becomes a sweet sake. It is best to drink it by itself slowly and leisurely, rather than with a meal!
This is delicious 😋.
It goes well with rice!
I am still preferring Junmai these days 🍶.
The clean water that doesn't interfere with anything, the crisp, clear taste, and the subtle sweetness make it very easy to drink.
It goes well with any meal.
It was a delicious sake that sinks in even after sweating it out at a gutsy dance 🍶.
Finally got around to buying it 😁.
I don't know why I can't often buy it these days😅
I wanted raw but they only had fire-roasted in stock.
Mild flavor and sweetness.
No fancy aroma, but it's nice and subtle.
but it's nice and subtle.
Sasasamune is delicious ✨👍
Manachy Hello 😁This is very tasty ✨I have an image of sasasamune as a tasty and cost-effective 😆I wonder if it's becoming popular 🤔Well, it's understandable that it's tasty.
The two starting events
We have only met a couple of times at Sasasamune
This is the first time for me at the "No.1".
I can't help but feel a little bit of alcohol in this one too!
I'm a little disappointed that the two starts are not to my liking.
Skandhavn
Rice: 50% polished Fukushima Prefecture Fukunoka rice
Yeast: Utsukushima Yume Yeast & Association 18
Sake Degree: -3
Acidity: 1.5
Degree of alcohol content: 15% (undiluted)
This junmai ginjo is made from 100% "Fukunoka" rice, which is a good rice for sake brewing in Fukushima. It is not gassy, and as the yellow label suggests, it has a mild sweetness of fluffy bananas, moderate bitterness and acidity. It is a sake that can be sipped slowly while enjoying the flavors.
I am enjoying "Uncle Ikezaki's Cat" with kombu-maki kamaboko and nozawana greens as a side dish.
This one was also given to me 😆.
Sasamasamune ☺️
There are hiragana and kanji ones, but what's the difference 😂 hiragana for national use?
It smells a bit like melon 🍈.
The mouthfeel is like a fresh pear ❤️ and this kind of mouthfeel is great in the summer 🍈.
If it's a wasanbon type sweetness, the rice flavor will spread out and the fruity fruity bitterness will make it refreshingly dry👍.
This is so good! ❤️
Sasasamune, it's been a while, but it's good 😆 I want to repeat it ‼️
Hello Manachie, ⛅️
I've also seen Sasa Masamune, but I'm not sure how to distinguish the two 💦.
I've heard that Murayu has lost its wasanbon flavor recently, so I'd like to experience wasanbon here 😁.
Hi Manachy 😃
I just had another brand of Sasama Samune 🤩 the other day and was impressed with how great it is!
This one from Fukunoka looks really good too 🤤 I'd love to try it ☺️
Sasasamune is often recommended by my almost only favorite restaurant, Standing Drinking CHUIN.
This time, it was a summer nigori (nigori) draft sake, so I thought I couldn't miss it as a nigori list, so I tried it.
The appearance was snow-white with a slight greenish tinge, like the lingering snow on the surface of a mountain.
The aroma is mainly banana and melon, with a refreshingly exhilarating pear.
The mouthfeel is smooth, tart, and sizzling 🫧.
From the rich sweetness, a refreshing acidity that quickly follows and spreads out is light, my favorite pear taste🍐.
The gasiness and acidity are pleasantly stimulating and delicious.
The oli is involved, and the more tangy aftertaste fades away and the finish is pleasant and intoxicating ☺️
The aftertaste is moderate, and I like the bitterness that is typical of sasanigori.
This is very tasty.
It was also good that the gasiness was lively on the first day of opening the bottle, but I was also curious about the changes in the bottle opening, and most importantly, it was so good that I wanted to drink it at home.
However, there don't seem to be many stores in Kansai that carry it😌.
I'll keep that in mind for a while, and if I go to a store that carries it, I'd love to buy some.
Hi Aladdin 🐦.
chuin's selection is great ✨I see you also have a summer nigori 😳I would like to try the winter one as it was delicious at the event 😊I wonder if I could buy it if the Hankyu brewery festival was around this time of year 🙄.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
Sasasamune is regularly on the menu at chuin-san, but this time it was especially delicious: ☺️
Sasamasamune, I see you are coming to the Hankyu Brewery Festival! Thanks, I'll keep that in mind!
Don't worry about it at all! I have too many sakes to drink 😁.
Looking at the participating breweries, I've always been curious about Echigo Tsurukame's Echigo brand, so I was hoping they would bring some 😊.
