Seven-Eleven's PB Junmai Sake. The price and rice polishing ratio are the same as Famima's PB. This one is from Takara Shuzo and that one is from Gekkeikan. Kyoto Fushimi is the same.
It has no peculiarities, good or bad. Fill a glass with ice, add half sake and half soda water, and drizzle a little lemon syrup. You can drink it like beer or a highball. It is also cheap. It can be served cold or hot, and can be used sparingly as a cooking sake.
The major packaged sakes are sold at around 1,000 yen, but the suggested retail price is actually higher, which is a discount or a double price, though I would say it's better to go with the cheaper price. However, the PB sake is sold at the regular price of 1,000 yen for junmai sake, so the PB sake is cheap.
