Since it had been a long time since I had a day off, I wanted to drink more sake.
For Misogi-Hagi's generation, this is Shochiku-Bai Junmai Daiginjo, a famous sake that has been advertised as much as Kiku-Masamune in commercials since he was a child.
We bought it at a drugstore in Takayama City.
The aroma is an apple-like ginjo aroma.
There is no acidity, and the taste is perfectly sweet and refreshing, with a lingering sweetness that lingers until the end.
I am honestly happy to be able to purchase this flavor at a drugstore at a reasonable price.
It is also deeply moving to taste and drink the sake I have seen advertised since childhood now.
