When you take it into your mouth, it has a full-bodied, slightly sweet aroma with a hint of maturity, similar to Ayahana, which is made with the same strain of yeast, No. 9.
The sweetness swelled up when it was heated.

Sake meter value -2. It tastes fruity, but I think it tastes more like special junmai. I haven't had special junmai for a long time. It is easy to drink because of its well-made umami. It is a juice.
It tastes good, but I would like to have more individuality. It is difficult to report.

Fresh and dry, typical of spring sake. It is tangy and spicy with a touch of acidity. Easy to drink!
You can drink it without any snacks. I want to watch cherry blossoms with it.
Unique aroma of Kumamoto yeast. At first, the strength of the aroma is overwhelming, but eventually, there is a deep sweetness. It is pleasant.

Heppoko's izakaya shinkansen is coming to an end. A trip of about 3 hours. It was great to drink sake while watching the scenery flow by the train window. It was a treat 😋😋😋.
