Reizan's Honjozo (brewed from rice) 🍶.
I bought this one at an antenna store in Ginza last summer and put it to sleep 🧸.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
It has a slight sweet aroma on the top, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a clean dry taste.
I was thirsty, so I drank it in gulps.
It seems to not get drunk when it's around 14 degrees.
It was delicious 🍶.
Honjozo of Koroh 🍶.
I bought it at an antenna store in Ginza last summer and put it to sleep... 🧸.
The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet, which is typical of Kumamoto yeast.
When you take it into your mouth, it has a full-bodied, slightly sweet aroma with a hint of maturity, similar to Ayahana, which is made with the same strain of yeast, No. 9.
The sweetness swelled up when it was heated.
It was delicious 🍶🧸.
