はるしかSake given to me by a friend. It is a raw sake made from polished Gohyakumangoku rice. It has a sharp taste followed by a firm sweetness and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It went well with firm foods such as fatty medium-rare ribs and sasami katsu. I thought Junmai Daiginjo only goes well with light foods like sashimi. It is very tasty. ★★★★★
