I drank this sake at a lunchtime drinking place I stopped by on a whim.
I have not had much sake from Kyushu, so this was a new experience for me.
I had a false impression that most of the sake I drank was heavy, but I was surprised at how elegant it was.
Since it was Father's Day, I took the liberty of celebrating the occasion on my own!
This is a nigori sake from KANHOKUTO.
Nigori sake gives the impression of being sweet, but this one is crisp and dry, just like KANHOKUTO.
It is also delicious.
Comparison of Kanbokuto Killer Queen and Black Jack!
Plackjack has a Sake Degree of +21!
Easy to drink! Easy to drink! It's very refreshing. Nice food sake! No unnecessary sweetness.
The result of the comparison. The common denominator is dryness. And although I prefer Killer Queen, Black Jack's cleanness is also a good complement to the meal!
I might buy Killer Queen again 😆👍.
Thanks for the food 🍶.
Cold North Star Drinking Comparison!
Killer Queen and Black Jack!
Killer Queen suddenly appeared. It is a rare cloudy beer for KANPOKUTO, and I was curious about it!
First, the supernatant, sweet and juicy taste is delicious! When muddled, it has a bitterness that makes it a good mid-meal drink.
Then, the sake brewer recommends mixing it with carbonated water...delicious!
It's a good drink on a hot day.
Personally, I like it because it is easier to drink than the sake made from the traditional sake brewing method!
I recommend it!
I don't like super dry sake, but this sake is so sweet that it doesn't seem dry at all. I think it's not super. I don't think it is super.
Aromatic, pleasant aroma, and easy to drink.
It goes well with salted fish and other strong snacks.
I like ★★★★☆
It was offered as a seasonal recommendation at my favorite yakitori restaurant.
It was dry and crisp while retaining the freshness of the raw sake. It had a wonderful flavor that did not interfere with the somewhat seasoned main course, such as yakitori.
