I'm looking forward to this as it's the first schwarzwaffle from the brewery, planned by a newcomer to Kanbokuto! And affordable since it's about 1500 yen 😊.
It was so energetic that I had to open and close it for about three minutes to empty it. It's not sweet, but it's a refreshing drink and can go well as a mealtime drink! It's dry and tasty with a crisp and clean aftertaste!
However, it has a strong effervescence, so it is more of a first half sake than a finish sake for me personally. It was quite tasty as a booster for the first half of drinking over two days!

I came to Fukuoka on a business trip. Since I was in Fukuoka on a business trip, I stopped by a local sake bar. I requested a refreshing summer sake from Kyushu, and this brand came up. It was not so much refreshing as it was super dry.
