The owner of Fukuzo and the toji of Kanbokuto are good friends, and this sake was created when she always told the toji of Kanbokuto that it was no good to only make dry sake in this day and age.

Yes, it is pleasant to drink, dry and cloudy. Not too much oriki, and you can enjoy a good bitterness and rice flavor when mixed. It is a food sake.
