This is the first time for me to drink Kanbokuto.
I've been interested in it for a long time, but there are only a few special distributors, and I had an image of dryness, so I avoided it.
Matsuchiyo-san drank the same one 😁.
It has a slightly effervescent taste with a slight sweetness, but overall it is dry and sharp. It also has a good umami flavor. The aftertaste is short and crisp. I wonder what the other Kanbokuto is like?
If you drink it with something sweet, it seems very sour.

It was so energetic that I had to open and close it for about three minutes to empty it. It's not sweet, but it's a refreshing drink and can go well as a mealtime drink! It's dry and tasty with a crisp and clean aftertaste!
However, it has a strong effervescence, so it is more of a first half sake than a finish sake for me personally. It was quite tasty as a booster for the first half of drinking over two days!
