First time at my favorite bar, Kanbokuto ⭐️
I was attracted by the cool label, so I decided to have this one for my first drink: ☺️
The first sip was a little sweet, but only for a moment, and it was quickly replaced by a clean, dry taste ✨.
It is very refreshing and has a good balance of umami and acidity 😊.

This is the first time for me to drink Kanbokuto.
I've been interested in it for a long time, but there are only a few special distributors, and I had an image of dryness, so I avoided it.
Matsuchiyo-san drank the same one 😁.
It has a slightly effervescent taste with a slight sweetness, but overall it is dry and sharp. It also has a good umami flavor. The aftertaste is short and crisp. I wonder what the other Kanbokuto is like?
If you drink it with something sweet, it seems very sour.

The top aroma is softly sweet with a hint of koji.
The first aroma is softly sweet with a hint of koji malt.
Refreshing acidity and a refreshing juicy sweetness.

The Aoyama Mikawaya where I bought it was one of only two distributors of Kanpokuto in the Kanto region, but it closed at the end of this month, probably due to redevelopment 😢.
The only one left is Masaruya in Machida, but I can't see them selling it on SNS 🤔.

One week ago after work
A party with the members who had been together at the launch party at work, but this was the first time for them to have a drink together in an intimate setting.
Today's members are good at Sake and the restaurant has Sake that I've never seen before....... ☺️

DIABLO Piri-Piri Piri Junmai Ginjo, with a passionate and chalet-like etiquette!
It's dry but also fruity sweet and easier to drink than expected 👍😋.

I bought it because of the pop that it's a dry nigori sake that goes well with meat dishes: ✌️
It's not sweet, but has a clean and crisp taste.
I tried it with soda, but I prefer it on the rocks.

I'm looking forward to this as it's the first schwarzwaffle from the brewery, planned by a newcomer to Kanbokuto! And affordable since it's about 1500 yen 😊.
It was so energetic that I had to open and close it for about three minutes to empty it. It's not sweet, but it's a refreshing drink and can go well as a mealtime drink! It's dry and tasty with a crisp and clean aftertaste!
However, it has a strong effervescence, so it is more of a first half sake than a finish sake for me personally. It was quite tasty as a booster for the first half of drinking over two days!
