The lid opens quickly. Lactic acidity, savory smell of rice. Apple, umami, refreshing acidity, not too forward sweetness, plum-like acidity swells. Delicious on its own. I am a fan of baby star with hot water, but this time I left it as it is. The taste of the baby star matches the deliciousness of the sake, and the sake envelops it nicely. The combined aftertaste is irresistible. It is so good that I would buy it if I tasted it.

It seems to be a drink that is drunk six months after the first visit to the summer and in conjunction with the seventh day of the seventh month of the year. The smell is a little sweet and oily. The mouthfeel is refreshing. After enjoying the refreshing taste, there is a lingering sourness. It is delicious. Origuchi Sake-ten suddenly started taking reservations for Wakabisu, so I went to make a reservation last week and received it today. The rice is Kami no Ho. I didn't feel any gas, but there were lots of bubbles in the glass. I was told it was a food type wine, but it was more fruity and pineapple-like than I expected. It's not flashy, but it's delicious with a moderate sweetness and flavor. Wakabisu sake brewery is close to Aoyama-cho station, so you can go there by train 🤔.

Purchased at the last stop of Kobe Hankyu with Mr. Yoohee Sake made with a combination of 1801 yeast and MK1 yeast. The owner said when we drank it at Salad Kan in December, and Icoma-san also said the other day that Wakabisu wants to make a sake like Koshi🤔. It's fruity, sweet and juicy, with a nice combination of berry and banana flavors. I can taste a bit of bitterness towards the end. I thought the label was cute 😊.

☀️If I see a label or endorsement I'm interested in, I'll buy it. I'll also take a look at the one comment from the liquor store 😃. Of course, I will also check the comments of sakéwas 😊. I've had Gizaemon before, but this is my first time to try Wakabisu 😌. Yopamemo ____. It's not as gassy as I imagined gas to be. 💨←I didn't have anything like this. I'm not sure if it's a bit of a letdown or what...? I feel like a little bit of a disappointment. I guess "perky" is the right word. It has a lot of freshness😊. It's clean and fresh, reminds me of citrus, but it's more like melon 🍈 or melon 😃. Not too peculiar, just goes right in. I would have liked a little more gasiness or a bit of a tanginess. It was delicious as a food wine 😋😋😋😋.

It's thick and sweet, but it passes quickly and easily rather than feeling like it's gradually blotting you out. I don't know if it was such a sparkling, cheerful label, but it was lively.

It's New Year's, so we designed a cup of sake to celebrate ✨. The design features illustrations of famous places and specialties of Mie, where the sake brewery is located. The sake has a strong flavor and a nice sharpness. I thought it was perfect for drinking with a meal!

Tomekawa 3rd generation tasting party to taste the guesses (10) It was sweet, juicy and delicious! They wanted to make a sake like Koshi, so they recently changed the quality of sake.
