Junmai Sake Ninja Wakabisu Dry
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15
The second restaurant of the day was for an early evening drink.
We entered the restaurant at the same time it opened at 16:00. We enjoyed our first encounter with sake and fish dishes for about two hours before the crowd began to gather.

It was crisp and dry, and the ponzu sauce went well with the snacks.
