I found my favorite Satochi at an Izakaya and couldn't resist ordering it😍. The smell of pears. It smells so good. It has a caramel-like sweetness and then a light sourness. After that, the bitterness comes through quickly. It's a beautiful sake. It's really delicious. It's been a long time since I've had it😊. The taste itself is refreshing, but even with a strong oily taste like mackerel, there is a flavor that somehow does not lose at all ️.

I went to AQE yesterday, but I drank too much and don't remember much, so instead I'll tell you what I drank recently... First, Sato Takumi, a sake named after the head brewer of Hato Masamune. The nose has a hint of acidity. In the mouth, the beautiful acidity typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast, followed by a slight bitterness and a full-bodied umami flavor, and it finishes quickly. The third picture shows Mr. Inamoto, president of Hato Masamune, giving the toast. The fourth picture shows the special junmai Hanabukiyuki on the left and the second junmai ginjo Hanasoumai from the left. I asked Mr. Sato about it and he told me that it was a limited edition sake and not sold in Aomori. The Hanasou was delicious🍶. I didn't get a picture of Mr. Sato 😅. I talked a lot with Mr. Sato and I don't remember how it happened, but he even gave me his business card, which made me so happy 😂. It was a good memory. I don't remember much though 😂.

Fourth Aomori souvenir The top aroma is modest, but it has a refreshing apple-like aroma. In the mouth, the refreshing acidity and sweetness match each other for a refreshing taste. The sweetness was less pronounced than the Aomori yeast brewed Sato Kikki we just drank the other day, perhaps due to the acidity. It was delicious🍶. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the sake or not, but I'll try it again.

Of course you all know ❗️ This sake is named after Mr. Ki Sato, the Nanbu Touji of Hato Masamune. Mr. Satoki Sato, the Nanbu Touji of Hato Masamune, is the name of this sake: ‼️ The moment I found it at the liquor store, I thought I was lucky and took it home immediately. I showed it to the remote mahjong player yesterday and he didn't know 🤣. What the hell 🤣 The first time I drank Sato Kiki was in college and I still remember thinking it was really good 🥺. Everyone, please drink more Sato's sake 😉. Almost no aroma, dare I say it? I dare say that you can feel the lactic acidity and the alcohol. It is about the same. The lactic acidity comes out from the firm umami that is typical of low-polished rice, and then the alcohol and light bitterness make it easy to drink 😋 delicious 😋. Good balance in spite of low milled rice 😳SATO KIKI, it's been a while but it's really good 😋. I had it with firefly squid with vinegared miso and it went great👍 Not that it matters, but I found a beer called "Drift Ice Draft" (picture 3)! What a blue beer 🟦! It tastes like a light, first-squeezed beer 🤣.
