れぐらIt's good to drink without the ointment, but
but it is better with oriole.
As you can see from the 14% alcohol content, it is light and easy to drink.
The aroma is sweet and comes in easily.
The deliciousness comes in a flash.
The bitterness comes later...
I'd like to try the other colors too ✨.

ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Regura 😃.
Abe! They are delicious 🤗
All colors are good, but we 💚 guess 🤗
あびちゃん1st lot of this year's sake rice!
It's light at 12 degrees, but very tasty with firm sweetness and acidity.
It is fruity, fresh and clear. I think it is like a certain colors cooled down.
あべちよBlack Abe.
Low alcohol and light in a good way.
But the sweetness and umami are strong.
The acidity is expressed in a way that is typical of Abe
It is unique but can be a good food sake.
Serve with vinegared mackerel as a side dish.
ゴミちゃむFresh sweetness and a light acidity for a crisp ✨This is delicious ‼️The specs are at the bottom of the list, but it's my favorite of the Abe series I've had so far ☺️
12% alcohol and easy to drink, so you have to be careful 😂.
SatomiAbe" I bought when I went out to Niigata.
Finally opened a handsome bottle
I'm glad I got excited! Junmai Daiginjo

SatomiHi Jay & Nobby 😃We came all the way to Niigata! So we decided to splurge 😆.
キラタソTonight, here is my favorite drink 💁.
Abe x Tatakami Seishukudo PB 2022BY✨
Known as "White", this is the current season's version, but I forgot I had last season's version and let it sit for too long 😅.
When you open the bottle, it has a cloudy white color with a gaseous feeling and a hint of orikara. The aroma has a strong matured aroma due to the fact that it was left too long in the bottle 😅 However, there are sweet fruits of pear, peach and melon in it, and the taste is creamy, sweet and acidic with a bitter accent on the back end 😃I think it is better to drink alone or before or after dinner than as a food wine 😃. I can't wait to drink this year's vintage 🙌
おかゆWas it because I left it a little too long? The moment I whirled off the aluminum lid, the aardvark blew off enough to hit the ceiling!
Juwashwa!
It really tastes good no matter how many times you try it.
I love it.
disryFirst purchase of a collaboration sake between Abe and Tatsumi Seishukudo.
The aroma is sweet. Wagashi-ish. Slightly gassy.
Both sweetness and sourness are strong, but the sweetness comes out more. A little bit acidic.
A bit of astringency from the sweet and acidity is added, and it finishes with a somewhat greeful feeling.
It was a bit sweet and candy-like (too much for my vocabulary) right after opening, but the second day, the acidity started to come through, and it changed to be somewhat nice. But now it's empty...
loopyHere is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
(My impression after drinking it)
It has a slight yellowish taste. It has a fruity aroma like that of pineapple. It has a fruity aroma like that of pineapple. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight tingling sensation on your tongue. It has a sweet and sour taste, but it is not seductive. The acidity spreads down the throat in the aftertaste. It is not too sweet and is well balanced with the acidity, making it a delicious sake.

もりをの先一杯Today, after GW is over and I can take a break from work, I opened a bottle of Abegreen brewed with "Raku-fu-mai" sake rice from the Gohyakumangoku lineage as a reward for myself. ❗️ The yeast used is the Niigata Prefecture yeast G9, which is also used in Natsu-shu Blue. It has an excellent balance of sweetness followed by sourness and bitterness that is typical of orikarami, and of course sake goes well with it, but sashimi also goes down a treat 😋.

ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, mori no tipo 😃.
As a reward after a long day of work, Abe-chan💚 this is delicious 🤗It's perfect alone or during a meal👍.
