ststI bought it in Kumamoto during my Shikoku - Kyushu - Kinki trip last year. It was a brand I wanted to try at least once, and I was so happy that I let it sit for more than a year. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it smelled like honey and custard. The mouthfeel is moist and sweet. It has a savory, caramel-like flavor and a balance of sweet and sour astringency. It is so delicious that you can't help but smile! The full-bodied sweetness and bitter astringency in the aftertaste. The taste is not too strong, but has a high level of quality, and is very similar to a pudding! I will never forget the delicious sake, ramen and Kumamoto Castle, even if it was only for a short time. I hope to visit again someday👍.

海の男Special junmai with a rice polishing ratio of 58%. The color is dark when poured into a glass. The aroma has a sense of maturity with acidity. It has a good balance of rich sweetness and acidity, just like Yamahai. The sugar content is 12%, but the sweetness is more than that. It is best when slightly lukewarm because the acidity only gets stronger when it is heated. The aftertaste is sharp despite the strong flavor, and the taste is perfectly balanced. I don't really like heated sake, but this is good!

ずおとんThis is the first time I have had Koroh, a clear, slightly dry sake. It has a fresh and crisp aroma like fresh green apple, a fermented aroma like yogurt, and a mild grain aroma that can be felt in the mouth, with a restrained sweetness. It has a strong acidity and umami, with some bitterness, giving the impression of a clean aftertaste. Thank you for the treat.
