This sake was another sake I found while walking around Nara.
It was a red sake called "Ancient Rice Sake," and it was as sweet as it looked.
However, even though it was sweet, it had a nice sharpness, and it was an interesting new encounter.

We walked around Nara during the consecutive holidays in May.
At the end of the tour, I went to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where I could drink sake from all the breweries in Nara and liked it,
I went home and had a relaxing drink at home.
I had only known about Nara's sake from Kaze no Mori, so I was very happy to meet new people in my hometown.

It's so good that I can't believe it's ranked 30th in Nara Prefecture!
I googled it and found out that it has been re-established for about 5 years.
I thought that if only it would become more well-known, it would easily rank in the top 5 in Nara Prefecture!
