The owner served me a brand of sake designed by Yukino Kayasha, which I have had here in the past, and which was my first time to try it! The owner told us that it was fresh sake again today! It's time for the last drink 🍶. What came out was a beautiful sake design raw. I drink it at least once every year! My best friend's favorite brand came out! The waitress told us it was on draft! The Shrimp Chili Gratin that was on the menu was not available! So instead, we had the Nan Pizza 🍕! You can taste the crunchy burdock root together! The grilled chicken skewers also go well with sake! We ended the evening with a glass of fresh sake! Let's take it easy for the next 10 days starting Friday! My son is coming back to Japan temporarily from the U.S. 🇺🇸, so we will have a family reunion 👪👶! We grilled some big shiitake mushrooms and had our favorite Tsukune skewers with cheese 🧀. The next sake was another one I've had a few times, Kaminokawa Taisetsu's Toku Jun Kitashizuku Nama! It's a special pure sake, but it's a fresh sake with no impurities! I've had Kamikawa Taisetsu many times, but I was reminded again that it is a delicious sake! I still ordered more dishes! I was going to go back to my hotel on the snowy road after leaving Seri, but I was curious about the sign across the street, so I read it! There is an entrance but no name of the store 🈚️ It was still early, so I opened the door and went down the stairs. I knew it was a sake store! I sat at the end of the counter and turned around to see a cold storage room full of sake! The waitress explained to me what to order, and we started with a brand I don't usually drink! Myonohana Special Junmai Crisp and dry, with a nice crisp aftertaste 😋. It is from the same brewery as Rumiko's sake, which I have had before! The No. 9 yeast is also the same! We were full, so let's go get a little bit of something recommended by the waitress 🤏.
