もふりーとSaku "Honochi" Junmai sake. Another sake that was opened. We are lucky to open two bottles in one day. It is sweet and full-bodied, with a cool acidity that spreads quickly. It is a very drinkable sake, yet not tiring to drink. もふりーとSnow Kayasha Junmai Ginjo. As usual, this sake is refreshing and light. We went to SAKARAKU in Takadanobaba. I couldn't believe it when I realized that I hadn't been here for two months. I finally couldn't fill up my stamp card by the due date.
Anyway, let's drink. Hakurakusei Special Junmai New Sake. It's the first one! My gold card had expired, so I had to pay for it, but I was very happy.
Hakurakusei is originally a light and refreshing sake, but since it is a new sake, it is even fresher than usual. This is really delicious. SAKARAKU-san is a big fan of Hishiko, so I ask him for it quite often. sour もふりーとKutouryuu: The best of the best in a normal size.

Not being able to beat the recent wave of price hikes, the overall price of sake has gone up at this store as well.
I thought for a moment that the price of this sake was also 726 yen for 120 ml, but I thought it was a reasonable price, considering the sake itself.
It is light and refreshing, and does not interfere with the taste of food. It is a good sake to drink with food. もふりーとDinner after work and overtime. Today we went to SAKARAKU in Takadanobaba.
It's spring and the cherry blossoms are in season, so the first sake is Hatsuzakura Sakura Label Special Junmai Namaishu. The taste is full and thick. I would rather drink it lukewarm or at room temperature. もふりーとDewazakura Ginjo-shu Sakurabana. This is a ginjo-shu, so it is al-soaked. Therefore, it is light and crisp. The ginjo aroma is soft and full. It is irresistible. This light but core flavor and aroma is good. もふりーとKutouryuu, a gem. Kutouryuu is also a famous sake from Fukui. It is also delicious in the regular sake category. It has a nice sharpness and sweetness. もふりーとKido Junmai Ginjo. This is still not to be missed. If it were true, I would like to select it with my gold card and drink a square for free, but I will pay for the stamp card.

I visited SAKARAKU in Takadanobaba.
First, I had Souhyo New Junmai Sake. It has a great umami and full-bodied flavor, but it quickly mellows out and the acidity and aroma spread easily. Wow, it is very interesting. もふりーとKido Junmai Ginjo. I still like this sake - I drink it whenever I have it. It is gorgeous and fresh, with a refreshing bitterness and sharpness. I can't get enough of it. もふりーとTsujun Junmai Sake. This is a regular size (120 ml) sake from the permanent menu. The fact that there are 30 different types of sake on the permanent menu alone is, well, an amazing story.
It has a slight bitterness and hardness on entry. But it is very full after it enters the mouth. It's the type where the flavor follows after. もふりーとPoshake again tonight to reward yourself for a hard day's work!
Today we went to Sake Rak in Takadanobaba. It's a Wednesday, so the place is quite crowded.
First, Hakurakusei Special Junmai using my Gold Card. I'll take advantage of the available services while I can.
