KANKANGAERU Shihan ver⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Junmai, Mame-nouen Omachi 100% Namae Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 15 Kitajima Sake Brewery has many unique labels, and we found one that is perfect for warming sake in winter. There was a Mutsuki ver (Senbon-Nishiki, 88% polished rice ratio, 15% ALC, 24.01%) with the same [heated toad], but I selected and purchased the 70% Omachi. First, it was served cold (room temperature). It is a clear and dry sake with a slight sourness in the mouth and a bitter taste when rolling around in the mouth! Next, we had it hot (kamikan or hot sake). The acidity disappeared and the bitterness softened, making the sake even more refreshing and dry. Chigasaki Hoshifuji: 20240215

I went to the store today and it was just in stock 🥂. I've been drinking this nigori sake every year for decades! The first time I drank it, I couldn't open the bottle easily, so I mixed the lees and finally opened it... 🤤 And now, compared to those days, I can open the bottle easily and it has become less leesy and light nigori like and not so different from other active nigori... 🤔 It's also delicious, but it's not so different from other active nigori... 🤔 It's also delicious, but it has the same old smooth and super fermented feeling. 🤔 This one is good too, but I wish I could drink the old one again, the one with the tender and super fermented taste...

Natsuyago Pink Junmai-Nihonoshu Nama-Hashitake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Omachi from Kanagawa Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 65%, ALC 18%. A refreshing, slightly dry, summer sake that goes down easy despite its high alcohol content. Summer Yago Blue was made of Yamadanishiki with 65% polished rice and 18% ALC, and Summer Yago 13 was made of Yamadanishiki with 65% polished rice and 13% ALC 🤗. I haven't compared them... it depends on my memory, but I think it's more sharp and easier to drink than Summer Yago Blue's 18 degrees 🥰. Fireworks display at Chigasaki Southern Beach on 8/5🎆🎇. I was going to open the bottle after watching the fireworks, but something urgent came up and I had to postpone both the fireworks and the opening 😭. Junmai Ginjo Rabbit Label ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%. It has a tangy, stimulating sensation on the tongue, just like a pure sake. Soft aroma like muscat, slightly sweet on the palate, muscat or pineapple? Pineapple? It has a fruity taste like muscat or pineapple. The slight bitterness that can be felt in the mouth after a while is an assertion that this is not just a sweet sake 🤔! It's not just a sweet sake 🤔. So far, I have come across Kankoubai labeled Owl🦉 in autumn in 20210904, Polar bear in winter in 20211126 🐻‍❄️, and Penguin🐧 in summer in 20220517. I have been waiting for a year for the release of the new label since I missed out on the rabbit🐇 last spring. 🥂 Kikuhime's sake has a deep flavor 🤔I enjoyed the draft sake I had in December, so I chose this sake to warm up this time 😋 It has a strong alcohol taste when heated, but as the temperature drops, the matured aroma comes through in the nose and the flavor increases 🤤. It is also delicious 🤤 It is just right to warm up lukewarm, it was a very delicious sake👍

It was sweet and fruity, yet refreshing. It was well received by the ladies. We enjoyed comparing it with Kikuhime's Yamahai, which we got together for the New Year's drinking.
