Junmai Ginjo Rabbit Label ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%. It has a tangy, stimulating sensation on the tongue, just like a pure sake. Soft aroma like muscat, slightly sweet on the palate, muscat or pineapple? Pineapple? It has a fruity taste like muscat or pineapple. The slight bitterness that can be felt in the mouth after a while is an assertion that this is not just a sweet sake 🤔! It's not just a sweet sake 🤔. Junmai-shu Yamahai-brewed Unfiltered Nama-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 19 degrees Chigasaki Hoshitoh Sake: 20231227 purchased, 20230101 opened This sake is rich and has a unique aroma and flavor unique to Yamahai, and is delicious. 19 degrees is a high concentration, but the taste of the raw sake is so strong that I did not feel it was that strong. Kurokitsune Junmai Daiginjo-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu Limited Edition Sake Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miyamanishiki 100%, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 16.6 degrees, Yamagata yeast Sake degree -40, Acidity 1.4, Amino acidity 0.8, Fuji Shuzo We opened this sake in place of the family's sacred sake. It was sweet and fruity, yet refreshing. It was well received by the ladies. We enjoyed comparing it with Kikuhime's Yamahai, which we got together for the New Year's drinking. Kurotombo - Junmai-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamadanishiki from Kanagawa Prefecture Polishing ratio 65%, ALC 16%. After purchasing it, I transferred it to a 4-gouple bottle, chilled it and had it chilled. It was slightly amber in color and slightly dry with a hint of horniness. We also had it warmed. Sanki Amazake Moto? I saw it at the store and was curious to try it 🥂. It's an active nigori, so it takes quite a while to open 😅. It's not sweet, just sour and sloshing, with a unique aroma 🥂. It has a unique aroma 🤨 It was not my favorite sake.

One sip of this sake, and I said, "Yum! I said. The sweet and sour rice aroma on the nose is very nice 🤤. I think it would be even better if it were heated up! I thought it would be even better if it were heated, but I sat down to eat sushi and my back was heavy, so I decided against it. Yumesoi 50 Junmai Daiginjo-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yumesoi from Aomori Prefecture, 50% polished rice ALC 16 degrees This sake has a rich aroma around the glass and a crisp taste in the mouth. Slightly dry, maybe. Hard to believe this is the same brewer as the Mutsu Hachisen URARA label we encountered on 3/20/2019. Chigasaki Hoshido: purchased 20220702
