I think this was the second or third Hiyayoroshi of the season 😅.
When opened, it has a subtle ginjo aroma and a crisp taste on the palate 😋.
Furthermore, as it rolls around in the mouth, you are acutely aware that it is a firm, dry sake 🥰.
