This sake is rich and has a unique aroma and flavor unique to Yamahai, and is delicious. 19 degrees is a high concentration, but the taste of the raw sake is so strong that I did not feel it was that strong.
I had it as my main sake for New Year's and enjoyed comparing it with the sweeter Kurokitsune.

We opened this sake in place of the family's sacred sake.
It was sweet and fruity, yet refreshing. It was well received by the ladies.
We enjoyed comparing it with Kikuhime's Yamahai, which we got together for the New Year's drinking.

I bought it in a 1-sho bottle, used up two 4-gou bottles, and decided to divide it into two parts: the top-loaded nigori sake and the sake that contains a lot of lees, and refrigerate it to drink.
The remaining two bottles are sake with high lees content.
It is sweet, but it seems to be a full-bodied sake as a food sake.

Polishing ratio 65%, ALC 16%.
After purchasing it, I transferred it to a 4-gouple bottle, chilled it and had it chilled. It was slightly amber in color and slightly dry with a hint of horniness.
We also had it warmed. The corners were removed and it became mellow and full-bodied.

It's an active nigori, so it takes quite a while to open 😅.
