Kurotombo - Junmai-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamadanishiki from Kanagawa Prefecture Polishing ratio 65%, ALC 16%. After purchasing it, I transferred it to a 4-gouple bottle, chilled it and had it chilled. It was slightly amber in color and slightly dry with a hint of horniness. We also had it warmed. Sanki Amazake Moto? I saw it at the store and was curious to try it 🥂. It's an active nigori, so it takes quite a while to open 😅. It's not sweet, just sour and sloshing, with a unique aroma 🥂. It has a unique aroma 🤨 It was not my favorite sake.

One sip of this sake, and I said, "Yum! I said. The sweet and sour rice aroma on the nose is very nice 🤤. I think it would be even better if it were heated up! I thought it would be even better if it were heated, but I sat down to eat sushi and my back was heavy, so I decided against it. I thought it would be better if it was heated up, but I decided against it. It tastes great on its own... But I guess this sake is not to everyone's taste. It is not a fruity sake with a rich, sweet, umami acidity and a sense of maturity. It was a sake that I couldn't stop drinking 👍🥂.

Yumesoi 50 Junmai Daiginjo-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yumesoi from Aomori Prefecture, 50% polished rice ALC 16 degrees This sake has a rich aroma around the glass and a crisp taste in the mouth. Nama Hashiroshi Junmai Sake 75⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brewed in 2016 (Heisei 28th year) Original Sake 100% Kitashizuku, 75% polished rice ratio ALC 16% Sake degree +5 Manufactured October 2021 Aged sake over almost 6 years? Old sake? The color is a little brown and the aroma is similar to caramel and mirin. The color is slightly brown and the aroma is similar to caramel and mirin. The liquor store advised me to enjoy it at various sake temperatures, so I gave it a try. Cold sake: It had a caramel flavor aroma and a dry taste with a pronounced acidity. Room temperature: The flavor mellowed out a bit. Hot - skipped warming: The aroma and flavor mellowed and it became easier to drink. Purchased from Chigasaki Hoshido Sake Shop: 20210506

Junmai Ginjo-shu Unfiltered⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hinohikari 100%, Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 17 Nishioka Shuzo is a brewery in Kure. The sake store told us that it is "a delicious sake with different expressions from cold to warmed sake"...we tried it. Hanakairo (around 10℃) it has a fruity aroma and a sharp, dry taste. Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamadanishiki, 64% polished rice, 17% ALC First Junmai Ginjo-shu from Toichi in 5 years. The 2017 Junmai Ginjo-shu was not a Nama-shu and had a Polishing ratio of 58% . and was ALC 16. It has a soft taste of Yamadanishiki and a fruity aroma.
