The Daishichi Sake Brewery's website proclaims it to be an "eternal standard," so I guess they are very proud of their work.
The sake rice is Gohyakumangoku, etc., and the rice is super flat polished to 69%.
It has a mild taste with a modest assertiveness, and it is a sensation that easily penetrates the body after a long day.
I am sure it has been well-loved in Fukushima for many years.

I guess I was lucky in the lottery in 2021, but I didn't expect to win.
It has a relatively mild aroma of lactic acid and citrus, typical of No.6, and a slight scent of wood barrels. I feel so rich...
I could feel a hint of gas and a pleasant sweet acidity. It is neither strong nor weak, but exquisite.
The aftertaste is over before you know it. The glass was empty in a flash.
