The Daishichi Sake Brewery's website proclaims it to be an "eternal standard," so I guess they are very proud of their work.
The sake rice is Gohyakumangoku, etc., and the rice is super flat polished to 69%.
It has a mild taste with a modest assertiveness, and it is a sensation that easily penetrates the body after a long day.
I am sure it has been well-loved in Fukushima for many years.
It made me want to go to Fukushima.
