I bought KAWABU, which I posted about one sake that has a gassy feel to it, and I looked for another bottle of sake that is appropriate to drink on Christmas and bought it!
Sake that aims to be a rosé wine.
The color is so beautiful
Cold sake.
Dark and sweet cherry aroma 🍒.
When you put it in your mouth, the rich sweetness is in full bloom.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth first and the acidity gradually appears.
Reminiscent of rosé wine with no acidity or astringency.
It went very well with chicken on the bone 🍗.
