Visiting Okinawa through a gap in the typhoon season
I had thought Okinawa was an Awamori culture, but I see that you can find it in restaurants that focus on Sake!
It is sold by the bottle, but it is totally reasonable if everyone drinks it together!
This year's No. 6 had a rich sweet flavor.
We were very happy to be introduced to a restaurant that also serves excellent sashimi, young ayu fish and isobe-age (fried seafood).
Rice polishing ratio: 60

Junmai Daiginjo
Unfiltered raw sake
Kumamoto Castle Reconstruction
Slightly carbonated, with a strong sweetness.
It has a sharpness that doesn't linger. 🙆♀️
