Drinking at home. Also purchased at Yorozuya. The taste is light, but the flavor is strong, especially the acidity. It is different from what I expected, but it is drinkable and delicious.
Kagatobi is a dry sake that is often drunk at yakitori restaurants, but I am curious to know that it is a jun-dai unfiltered, chu-kumi-nama-oi. And it is wrapped in paper. I had been curious about it since I first saw it at Yorozuya, and finally bought it. It has a soft, subtle sweetness and aroma on the palate, followed by spiciness and bitterness. The spiciness and bitterness that comes after that is just like Kagatobi. It is delicious.
The yellow label stood out at a local liquor store. I remember seeing it at Sake-no-Wa, so I bought it. I checked and found that I had drunk it last year, too. I opened the bottle gently, being careful not to open the bottle. Pouring it into a glass, it bubbles like soda water. On the third day, the bubbles settled down and I felt a soft sweetness.
Found at Yorozuya. Surprised ‼️ and bought it immediately. Thanks to the owner.
Slightly sweet and sour with a slight fizz and a clean aftertaste. My wife said she liked it too.
Shinshin SY, you are lucky. Yorozuya is a regular liquor store in my neighborhood, but I find it useful because they carry good sake. I would like to have a stiff drink in Akita. I am looking forward to it.
This is also from the past inventory. Carefully opened the bottle. It was sizzling just a little when it was exposed to air. I couldn't resist pouring it into a glass and taking a sip. It's a little dusty, a little mild, and a little rusty. Not too sweet, not too sour, and it is wrapped up with the aroma of rice. It's very deep.
Continuing from last week, I bought a bottle of Houou Mita. It has a pale yellowish-brown color and a sweet-tasting mouthfeel, but it soon develops a strong bitterness. It is very drinkable.
Drinking at home. It has been a long time since I've had Houou Mita. It is fresh, soft, sweet and delicious, and the bitterness is also well balanced. It is delicious.
Drinking at home today. It is soft on the palate but has a strong acidity. It was cold, so I tried heating it up. It was mild and had a soft aftertaste. This is a new taste.
Drinking at home today. Purchased at a local liquor store. This is the first time I've had unfiltered sake from Hikakami. It is soft, refreshing, acidic, and slightly chirpy. It was easy to drink and quickly consumed. On the back of the label, a picture of Edomae Sushi appeared. This is interesting.
This is the first Hakurakusei in exactly one year. It has a nice soft mouthfeel and a firm bitter taste that tightens up. A cup in the evening is sinking in.
