⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake bar Onishi Junmai-shu made with white malted rice 12.5 Kawabe Uyo District, Akita City Akita Sake Komachi 30% 2020.04 It's totally different from Flaxcat 🐈The acidity from the white malted rice has faded with maturity, but the elegant sweetness and umami envelopes the gentle acidity and I want to keep rolling it around in my mouth 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake bar Onishi Junmai-shu, raw yeast, oak barrel storage, 14%. Kame-no-o from Futatsui-cho, Noshiro 30% koji rice, 30% kake rice 2018.09 Even though it was stored for a long time, it was as expected from Shinmasa 😊It tasted excellent after being stored for a long time. I drank two more glasses 👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake bar Onishi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake 15%. Hitogokochi from Nagano 55% 2024.01 They opened another rare sake 🤩. The juicy, sweet and delicious taste is as expected from Shinshu Kamerei👍! Ura-nabeshima (raw) and many others.... I had another glass of Shinshu Kamerei for the last cup 🫡.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake bar Onishi Tokujun Unfiltered Nama Sake 16%. Ibi no Homare 60% 2024.01 A very hard to find local Imi 😊. It was my last night in Kokura, so they opened it for me 🤩. The fresh acidity like muscat was impressive👍.

Domaine Ikeda Miyamanishiki from Obuse 59% 2024.01 No.6 yeast I was lamenting the fact that I couldn't get any Sogape at my favorite liquor store.... Is it this season's brew or yeast #6? Fresh and lush 😊This one is not as acidic as the other one. This one is just as good as the other. This is the most popular Sogape No. 6, limited edition Miyamanishiki 😊. Sorry for always being selfish 😊.

🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈 Sake bar Onishi High acidity sake with white malted rice, 13%. Akita Sake Komachi 60% 2023.07 Today, as usual, they opened a rare bottle of sake from the hanpukai. I asked the other customers if they wanted to open a whole bottle and they all raised their hands and said they would drink it 🤩👍. It was delicious with a beautiful acidity without lees 😊It tasted like a grapefruit without the euphoria, a slight sweetness of young white peach, and an aftertaste like Hassaku 😊It was so delicious that I wrote it twice because it was important. I drank a lot more but I was so drunk I didn't take any pictures 🥹. But I did drink a one year old Yamadanishiki lees related Hanahayo 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake bar Onishi Nama yeast, wood oke Junmai Aged Sake 15%. Miyamanishiki from Akita 55% 2023.11 The 7th glass. It's matured and the acidity of the lapis is al but it's so robust that I want to roll it around in my mouth a little bit 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake bar Onishi Junmai-shu 15% Japan rice Domestic rice 55% 2023.12 Onishi's mom kindly allowed us to drink it 😊. This year it was a Junmai sake without brewing alcohol 🤩I really wanted to drink it 😋. A cup of happiness 😀 Jyushidai might be good on its own 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake bar Onshi 70/ Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Directly Kumi 17 Yamaguchi Prefecture home production Omachi 66% 2023,.12 Second visit to Onishi! Onishi's private brand sake, which is all supervised by the owner 😊. Delicious 😋 It's refreshing, sweet and tasty, and good. It also has a Gobashi feel to it 👍.

I never thought we would meet like this. I never thought I could drink like this all of a sudden I ordered it immediately! Juicy and sweet Gorgeous and gentle taste Now I know why it is famous and rare! I've been eager to buy it if it was there for a long time I've never seen it in a liquor store. I've never seen it in a liquor store yet. I don't know where to find it... Even though it was my first visit Mom kindly escorted me to the bottom of the stairs to see me off. I will come back again!
