Today, as usual, they opened a rare bottle of sake from the hanpukai.

It was delicious with a beautiful acidity without lees 😊It tasted like a grapefruit without the euphoria, a slight sweetness of young white peach, and an aftertaste like Hassaku 😊It was so delicious that I wrote it twice because it was important.
I drank a lot more but I was so drunk I didn't take any pictures 🥹.
But I did drink a one year old Yamadanishiki lees related Hanahayo 😊.
