金猫魔Shimehari Tsuru Shiboritate Nama Genshu
The freshly brewed sake is matured for 3 months in the good environment of a familiar liquor store.
The aroma is gentle.
It is fresh on the palate, with a lightly spicy freshness on the tip of the tongue, but at the same time it is very mellow and soft, with a calm and thick flavor.
The pleasant aroma of new sake spreads through the nose.
After feeling the sweetness and umami on the tongue, it finishes with a heavy blow in the throat.
As you would expect from an undiluted sake at 20 degrees. It works.
It's easy to drink on the rocks, but the flavor is diluted, so it's best to drink it chilled.
It's delicious. It's very good.

★★★★☆ ヒラッチョThis Shimehari's undiluted sake is gut-bustingly good❗️.
We enjoy it every year when it is released in November❗️. 金猫魔Hilachio, you're right! You're right, this will be a classic! Cheap and tasty! 金猫魔HOKUSETSU GINJO NAMA STORAGE SHAKE <Spring Only
Since the summer sake is starting to come out, I had to drink some of the Kitayuki spring sake I've been saving.
It's hard to get a good picture of it, but the label is beautiful, with the words Hokusetsu reflected in a sparkling pinkish spring color.
It has a calm aroma.
Immediately after opening the bottle, there seemed to be a stimulus that hit the tip of the tongue, but
It is a dry sake with a mild and mellow flavor.
It is easy to pair with meals.
Even if you warm it up lukewarm, the soft sweetness increases and it becomes even more mellow and delicious.

★★☆☆☆ 金猫魔Koshino Kagetora Ryu Raw Sake
This is a fresh, crisp and clean nama-shu.
It has a rich aroma with a delicious rice flavor and a light, crisp taste.
It is easy to drink and goes well with all kinds of food.
The best everyday sake with good cost performance, "Ryu" nama-shu will be out of season soon.

★★★★☆ 金猫魔Kirinzan "Denshin Genshu" "Traditional Dry" Genshu
Cherry blossoms and renewed Kirinzan, the final part of the series.
With the cherry blossoms of Yasuragi Tsutsumi and Bandai Bridge in the background.
I didn't open this one, but brought it home and had it chilled.
It has a deep umami flavor, but it's also refreshingly light and dry.
It's best when it's freshly poured on the rocks, when the ice has melted a little, and it's crisp and punchy, but also slightly soft.
I'd like to drink it in small sips.
It's also very cosmopolitan.

金猫魔Dry x Dry Kirinzan Super Dry
Before the renewal, it was called "Rinkin
With a hint of fragrance
and a soft touch on the palate.
Then, the crisp spiciness rushes in suddenly.
This is the true Niigata's Danrei dry taste!
I can't help but say, "Coo!
But I didn't expect it to be in full bloom already in Niigata.
It's not easy to get together for cherry blossom viewing, so I bought a small bottle and went home alone.
When I got home and heated it up, I found that it had a gentle aroma with a soft, subtle sweetness and umami that swelled to a refreshing dryness that was easy to drink. It has a nice umami flavor that spreads slowly on the tongue. This is definitely one to warm up.
