The aroma is gentle.
It is fresh on the palate, with a lightly spicy freshness on the tip of the tongue, but at the same time it is very mellow and soft, with a calm and thick flavor.
The pleasant aroma of new sake spreads through the nose.
After feeling the sweetness and umami on the tongue, it finishes with a heavy blow in the throat.
As you would expect from an undiluted sake at 20 degrees. It works.
It's easy to drink on the rocks, but the flavor is diluted, so it's best to drink it chilled.
