The last sake was Abe FOMALHAUT, a collaboration sake with UNITED ARROWS. I didn't know they collaborated with other brands besides SENKYO. It has a sweetness that is typical of kijo sake, but it is not too harsh and is easy to drink. I chose this restaurant on a hunch, but it was quite good. Continue to the second restaurant.

Hana-Kun, which I have been curious about every year but have not been able to drink. It has a good balance of fresh, crisp acidity and a gentle graininess of orikara. The balance is similar to Momoten, but I feel that Hana-Kyun has a slightly stronger acidity and sharpness.

Nagi Spring Misty, which I had not yet had this year. It was the last one, so it was not very fresh. It has a soft sweetness and a minerality that is typical of Kangiku.

Yas☆San, here's another one: 💁‍♀️ You chose good sakes ✨I'm so glad you found Kangiku 👍It's hard to get it by yourself in Osaka, so you're lucky if you can find it at an outing 😋.

Good mamma mamma, there were so many sakes I wanted to drink 😄. Kangiku is hard to find in Osaka 😲I was lucky to find it ✨. I think it's becoming more common in Nagoya than before 🍶.

Next was VEGA. This wine is also clear and refreshing, but the acidity is much gentler than that of REGULUS, and it disappears quickly. It is easier to drink than REGULUS.

Yesterday, I went to Shinsaibashi, Osaka on my way home from a business trip. It was slightly late and I could not consult with Umaizumi, so I went to Jizake on a hunch for the first restaurant. First, we compared three types of sake. The owner agreed to let me drink the kijozo-shu last, though I really wanted three kinds. REGULUS is clear and crisp with a crisp acidity reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit. The impression is that the acidity is quite strong.
