The last sake was Abe FOMALHAUT, a collaboration sake with UNITED ARROWS. I didn't know they collaborated with other brands besides SENKYO.
It has a sweetness that is typical of kijo sake, but it is not too harsh and is easy to drink.
I chose this restaurant on a hunch, but it was quite good.
